RETURN POLICY:
You can return an item up to 30 days after purchase. All products must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
You will receive a full refund within 10 business days from the time we receive your return. Refunds will be applied using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you were eligible for free shipping on your order, you will receive a full minus our original shipping cost.

If we made an error and shipped an incorrect product, or if there is a missing or damaged item, you will not be charged for shipping on returns. All errors must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns on sale, clearance or closeout items.

Exclusive Automotive Cleaning Supplies only ships products within the 50 U.S. states. All orders leave our facility within 3-5 business days. Our preferred carrier is FedEx and once your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking number to the email address provided. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground service and require a physical address for delivery. At this time. we cannot accept P.O. Box address for the shipping address.
